Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
Property Access
- Enter the home via 10 steps.
- This property does not pair well with GPS. Turn-by-turn driving directions will be provided for you prior to your arrival.
Policies and Rules
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking allowed in the home or outside. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy (4 guests) allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- No events allowed.
- Children allowed.
Fees and Payments
- Firewood may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
- Pet friendly with $25 per dog, per day fee. Max of 4 dogs allowed.
- All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Parking Information
- 4WD or AWD vehicles required in winter months. There is a gravel driveway that is steep just before you reach the home.
- Limited parking for 2-3 vehicles.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- Well stocked kitchen with utensils and cooking basics provided.
- High-speed internet available.
- Washer and dryer provided.
- Towels and linens provided.
- There is a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
